Surflash provides subscribers with:

• WhatsApp or SMS notifications about selected emails based on user-specified preferences (e.g., specific sender or subject).
• Access to a dashboard for managing notification settings and subscriptions.

3. User Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old to use Surflash.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Have a valid Gmail account to enable email metadata access.

4. Data Usage and Privacy

We adhere to the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other global standards to ensure the protection of your personal data. By using our service, you consent to:

• Our access to Gmail metadata (including subject line, sender, recipient, and timestamp) for the purpose of providing notifications about incoming emails.
• The processing of your phone number and email for the delivery of WhatsApp and SMS notifications.
• Storing your data securely and protecting it from unauthorized access or loss.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except where necessary to fulfill the service (e.g., WhatsApp for SMS/WhatsApp notifications). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Limited to notifications for up to 5 senders.
• Premium Plan: Includes unlimited senders and advanced filtering for $5/month, with automatic monthly renewal unless canceled.

Payments are processed securely through third-party partners' payment gateways. Refunds are only provided for errors attributable to Surflash.

6. User Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of your email preferences (e.g., sender or keyword-based filters).
• Not use Surflash for illegal purposes, including spamming or violating the rights of others.
• Secure your login credentials and promptly report any unauthorized access or activity.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your personal data and adhere to best practices in protecting your account.

7. Service Limitations

• Service disruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., Gmail, WhatsApp, or SMS carriers).
• Incorrect or delayed notifications due to user misconfiguration or changes in the source systems (e.g., Gmail).

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software associated with Surflash are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized use or reproduction of the platform, content, or trademarks is strictly prohibited.

9. Amendments

We may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of any material changes via email or through the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must discontinue using Surflash immediately.
